'this is an outrage!' shouted Theobold full with rage. 'Not only were your men a deplorable presence in town already! But now they've actually crossed a line! Harrassing an young mother with her child at broad daylight! At the Ivory Plaza no less! In front of everyone!'
Even though the mans rage was clearly directed at him. Frederick didn't seemed to be bothered by it in the slightest of ways. Nor did the other Council Members so it seems, each and everyone of them had a cold look in their eyes. And kept up the posture of strong unwavering willpower. In fact Frederick was convinced that Theobold didn't even really care about the family at all. But more about the oppurtunity that arose from this situation. To gain a better public opinion so that he himself could get away with own missdeeds.
That was the cold and harsh reality of the council. A group of people made from the richest and most powerful individuals in Braedon. Regardless of age, gender or even race. That was the strong contrast that resided in these halls, even though despisement of other races was a daily factor in Braedon. The Council seemed to be at least tolerant enough for each other. The reason for this was off course that they were all same minded. With their own personal intetest at heart.
Theobold was no different in that regard, sure he was from Wolfsheim and there for from the collective race hybrids as it was dubbed by the humands.
No he didn't care about his kin being harrasad at all, it was just another means to an end.
'spare me the drama Theobold, we all know what's this really about. Just another ploy to diminish my presence in town.' cold and harsh was his tone. With the mental piercing force of a spear being thrusted through a chest. That was the power of Fredericks sharpness and wits, that often went together with his cold tongue. 'Surely you can do better then this, or is it that age has finally has taken its toll on you that you have to resolve to such petty attempts. I mean your canine ears aren't as fluff as what they used to be. And besides, let's be real here. The family that got harassed were only hybrids, no need to cry wolf over a lesser spieces like that!'
